This Warranty & Returns Policy applies to all appliances purchased by you from our website.

1. Returns & Refunds (30-Day Window)

  • We accept returns for items in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us at order@lloen.shop to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the risk of loss during return shipment.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Limited Warranty (1 Year)

Sansheng Chuangyou Technology Co., Ltd. warrants that the appliance you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of One (1) Year from the date of original purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:

  • Repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of a defective product.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Non-Exhaustive List):

  • Any damage resulting from: accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use, improper installation, failure to follow product instructions, use with incorrect voltage, or acts of nature.

  • Normal wear and tear, consumable parts (e.g., filters, seals), and cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).

  • Products from which the serial number has been removed or defaced.

  • Costs of shipping the product to us for service.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you believe your product is defective under this warranty, you must:

  1. Contact our support team exclusively at order@lloen.shop.

  2. Provide a detailed description of the defect, along with your order number and proof of purchase.

  3. Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps. If a warranty claim is validated, we will provide instructions, which may include providing a replacement unit or component at our discretion.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • SANSHEUNG CHUANGYOU TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  • Our total liability, for any and all claims, shall not exceed the original purchase price you paid for the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
