Return policy
Thank you for shopping at Quanta. We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, to ensure a fair process for all parties, please read the following policy carefully. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility Window
We accept returns for items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
This policy applies only to items purchased directly from the Quanta website.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, resalable condition:
Unused and Uninstalled: The product must not have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, cables, and all protective materials, must be present and undamaged. Packaging is considered part of the product.
Tags and Seals: All original tags, labels, and factory seals must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:
Products that have been used, installed, or show any signs of wear.
Products with damaged or missing serial numbers/UPC codes.
Any product not in its original packaging.
Opened software, DVDs, or items containing licensed digital media.
Clearance items or items marked as "Final Sale."
4. Return Process (Required Steps)
Step 1: Contact Us: Before sending anything back, you must contact our Customer Service team at [support@quanta.com] to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns shipped without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Step 2: Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the correct return address and RMA number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Step 3: Ship Return: You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Quanta is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
5. Refunds (Upon Approval)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a standard processing period (e.g., 7-10 business days). The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns that do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.
6. Exchanges / Incorrect or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we shipped the incorrect item.
Important: You must report any shipping damage or incorrect shipment within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us. photographic evidence will be required.
For defective items, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with your product.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Quanta makes every effort to accurately display our products. However, we do not guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, nor are we liable for minor variations in product specifications that may occur due to manufacturer changes. Returns based on subjective expectations (e.g., "not what I imagined") are subject to the standard eligibility conditions.
